ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome visitors / guests as soon as they arrive at the organization.
Over see office maintenance & ensure a clean & safe environment.
Coordinating front desk activities like answering, redirecting phone calls, and directing visitorsto the appropriate person.
Domestic travel booking and accommodation arranging for employees. (cabs and hotels)
Hotel reservation and Travel booking according to itinerary.
Maintaining AMC tracker & admin MIS timely renewal with best negotiation quotes & terms and condition.
Act as a point of contact during emergency situations & assist in evacuations.
Coordinate with vendors for office equipment repairs and maintenance.
Maintenance of visitor access records & ID badges.
Monthly Healthy and safety meeting presentation.
Maintaining escalation matrix of all the vendors.
Building maintenance like painting when and where required and other patch works when and where required.
Courier IN and OUT forwarding to the respective department.
Material dispatch and delivery follow-up’s updating same to Warehouse.
Procurement and managing stock of stationery and housekeeping material.
On boarding vendors when and where required.
E- waste management and follow-up for e waste certificate.
Plastic, metal, wood waste management coordinating with waste management vendor for arranging vehicles and follow-up for scarp waste certificate till it reach to us.
