FAA Administrative Assistant (2022 to 2024)
Duties include Auditing Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA) for accuracy. Conducting daily attendance for the Mexico Flagship Team. Processing New FMLA and Leave of Absence claims to accurately code schedules. Processing claims for FMLA & Leave of Absence for members of my team until they return to work or are denied. Auditing New Hires in the MyWorklife System to ensure the proper codes are installed so they have the correct access. Processing Paid State Leave for all 50 states, including updating scheduling & Timecards to ensure policies are followed for proper pay.
Payroll (2004 to 2022)
Duties include accurate auditing of all timesheets. Responsible for troubleshooting payroll issues and previously ensured proper distribution of payroll checks when that fell under payroll duties. Run daily and weekly reports to ensure all timecards are complete and accurate to ensure proper paychecks, and including until recently, Bereavement, Workers Compensation, Illness, Union activities and Leave of Absence. Work with New Hire Managers to ensure proper inputting of timesheets as well as attendance for all new hires. Previously trained newly hired employees in how to correctly add, read and approve their timecards. Ensure specialty teams (not under the union umbrella) are paid correctly and/or handle Leave of Absence; these include Quality, CAR and Management. Responsible for Multiple call centers, Oklahoma City, Paramus, Cerritos Georgia & Specialty Groups in Bothell & Paramus, formerly the ETS group, now MECMC/ASC.
Was transferred to Scheduling for 6 months in 2019 before returning to Payroll. In that time, I learned how to schedule shift bids, transfers, Paid Time Off bids, how to process New Hires into all systems to ensure they are fully integrated and can access all systems and ensure against any pay issues for incorrect information.
I was one of two agents was responsible for updating and maintaining the Payroll Manual listed on the Payroll Sharepoint. This is a vital package of information for all Payroll agents to utilize to ensure proper pay.
Was one of two agents participating in the BOT trial. This was to make sure the bot was working correctly for the missing timestamp portion of the sharepoint that is currently in use today.
October 2006-January 2007 - Administered proper payroll/attendance/Leave of absence for the Entire Pueblo Colorado call center when opened until a payroll manager was hired. Trained the new payroll manager and remained a point of contact to help support the call center until my transfer to Oklahoma City Business ANS Department in October 2007.)
Operations/Scheduling (2007 to 2013)
Responsible for Daily reports assessing employee statistics regarding call handling hold times and schedule adherence. Answered the attendance lines to take call outs, vacation requests, report absences from employees and management both live calls, share point sites and from voicemail.
Leave of Absence (2004 to 2007)
Duties include daily and weekly reports to the Leave Manager to accurately track employees on leave of absence. This included all leaves- FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), ADA (Adults with Disabilities Act) and Worker’ Compensation. Responsible for supporting correct pay for employees on leave, both long term and short-term leave.
Attendance (2004 to 2007)
Duties include daily and weekly reports to the Attendance Manager/Managers/Area Managers to accurately track attendance absences as well as recapping previous days to ensure proper reporting.
Maintain and deliver ongoing discipline logs for the attendance managers daily. This includes monitoring schedules and updating coding.
Responsible for adding/subtracting attendance points in the attendance tracker according to the nature of the absence, including payment if qualified.
ATT Wireless/Cingular Wireless:(Jan 7 2002 to November 2004)
Customer Care Specialist. Duties include analyzing and reconciling billing problems, taking payments and setting up recurring payments. Solving technical phone issues, filing cases and ordering phone equipment and accessories.
