●Assisted registered nurses and healthcare teams with patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication management, and wound care.
●Developed and implemented individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and promoting positive outcomes.

●Taking care of PCN (Percutaneous Nephrostomy) with monitoring the output color, odor, amount & the site of procedure condition with symptoms.
●Monitoring behavioral of patients, continence & pain management
●Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, and bowel and bladder care
●Administration of NGT Naso gastric tube feeding and oral suctioning done before with help of suction apparatus those who necessary.
●Doing wound dressing with help of Aqua gel AG, ungual, game bad, povidones, sterile water and with basic set
●Take and record patient vital signs and weight taking with screening twice a yearly
●Observe and record patients’ conditions, food and liquid intake and other behavior, and report changes to supervisor
●Taking the role of CEA (customer experience agent) to family members to attend to their queries & needs.
●Help patients walk with canes, walkers, or other devices
●Make beds, and maintain clean and safe environments for patients
●Lift, transport, and move patients using the appropriate techniques
●Treat all patients, family, and other visitors with respect, and always engage with them in a tactful manner
●Doing role of infection control team member with doing auditing monthly to wards
