Duties: maintain record of 180 rooms, managing online, telephone and walk-in reservations. Welcome guests upon their arrivals and assign rooms, provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities on 7am to 3pm shift and 3pm to 11pm shift. Collect cash, debit or credit card payments based on reservations or other services. Also work 11pm to 7am Night Audit to close off the day and complete inflow daily accounting report.
