CUSTOMER SERVICE REP POSITION

The base salary will be $25.17hr during training, while you will be paid $37.17/hr. after training. BONUS: You will be enrolled for benefits after a period of one month of working with us. The company manages gas mileage and internet expenses for the company's errands. You will be allocated to an online training program for the next two weeks. The working hours are flexible. Monday through Friday. Full-time employees will work 30 hours each week, with the rest hours flexible to achieve the 40-hour requirement. Overtime will only be worked if both sides agree to it continuously. Overtime will be paid at a rate of one and a half times the employee's total wage. Work on Sundays shall be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis between the parties. If an employee works on weekends, he or she is eligible to double pay for each hour worked. On all official public holidays, the employee will be paid in full.

“If an employee does not work on a public holiday, he or she is eligible for regular pay for that day. An employee is entitled to double pay if he or she works on a holiday. After 12 months of continuous employment, the employee is entitled to 20 days of paid leave. Such leave is to be taken at the convenience of the employer, and the employer may require the employee to take his or her leave at the same time as that of the employer, during every 36-month sick leave cycle the employee is entitled to an additional day off. Several days of paid sick leave equal to the number of days the employee would regularly work over the course of six weeks. For every 26 days worked during the first six months of employment, the employee is entitled to one day of paid sick leave. If an employee is unable to work due to illness, the employee must notify the employer as soon as possible.

During each leave cycle, the employee will be entitled to three days of family responsibility leave. When we get your acknowledgment then we will send your employee benefit enrollment forms, as well as an employer handbook that outlines our benefit plans and retirement plan to the vendor so that you can receive them with your working materials.
