Responsibilities: psychotherapy as an MSW Intern, bilingual case management, translation, Health Coaching, community organization. This job required active listening, communication, empathy and creativity in psychotherapy sessions, interpersonal skills and problem-solving in working with the team (coordinating a plan of care with the medical and nutrition/clean water program divisions), computer skills in documentation for the psychotherapy division of the clinic, and time-management in an environment which was sometimes very slow and at others quite hectic - as the clinic utilized a walk-in model so we did not organize with appointments. Working in three languages was a challenge for successful teamwork.
