Lead Instructional Designer designing and developing technical training in support of asset management and real estate management system implementation projects at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Solutions utilize ServiceNow and Nuvolo technologies.

Collaborated with FAA project teams to architect and develop a blended curriculum of eLearning, job aids and virtual instruction to train 5,000+ FAA learners.

508 compliant eLearning courses include extensive job aids, video demonstrations, animations, simulated practice exercises, learning checks, and assessments all designed for delivery and management through the FAA’s LMS.
