Create extensive tracking form for the purpose of implementing COVID-19 protocol and guidelines. Collect and record information regarding symptoms into surveillance forms. COVID-19 Contact Tracing Supervisor/Vaccine Navigator

Triage and coordinate next steps for communication for people who have become exposed to COVID-19 and will need to be in quarantine. Work closely with schools and business to liaise trauma informed services in reference to quarantine guidelines and the needs of each case.
