As a Recruiter I was responsible for assisting in the internal and external recruiting processes for staffing WD Partners’ corporate office and nationwide regional business units. In this role I sourced candidates, interviewed and presented recommendations of qualified applicants for technical, creative, administrative and managerial positions throughout the company, where needed. 40+hrs/week (Mon - Fri and some weekends as needed) Performed full cycle recruiting for defense contractor, Mission Essential, in support of Language
& Cultural Services, Intelligence Services, Training & Technical Support, Business Development, and Information Technology. This included sourcing, vetting, contacting, collecting docs, inputting into system (SCOPE), initiating security & BG checks, New Hire Packets, INDOC/reporting instructions, most importantly remaining in contact to assist with issues (HR, benefits, etc.) after employed. This also included identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and processing government cleared professionals (ranging from Interim Secret to TS/SCI full scope poly) to effectively meet multiple requirements of the customer. I was the only recruiter to have worked in all 3 pillars of the business. Notable achievements include:
• Recruited and processed 2,236 Training and Technical Services professionals for projects at Ft Irwin, Ft Dix, Ft. Lewis and MUTC.
• Hired and recruited 21 CAST (Combat Airmen Skills Training) Instructors for US Air Force pre-deployment training.
• Recruited and placed 16 specialists for Intelligence Services on multiple contracts to include locations in the US, the UK, and in combat zones.
