I currently have over 28 years of full-time experience in design-build, install, bid, and project management in telecommunications and networking. Presently six years with Securus/Aventiv Technologies, as a Field Service Technician/ Installer level III. I have developed excellent relationships with Securus customers. Which consist of several county and state correctional facilities. Including the FBI, NSA, and department of corrections (DOC’s). Commonly, receiving praise from many customers regarding technical expertise, problem-solving, project management activities and effective communications with customers.

Field Service Technician III (lead for state of Kansas) 2017–present

Securus Technologies (parent company Aventiv)

Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications systems, Wireless and networking/ telephony systems- (currently Fortinet, Adtran, Netvanta, Ruckus and Cisco wireless, APC, etc…

Ticket administration and resolution- Fluid in the administrative use of: Salesforce, UKG, ADP, SAP/Concur, SCP, HEAT, SecureView/NextGen, Motus, All MS Office 365 suite.

Design-build/Bid software suites of Conest/Intellibid, Rapid BOM, and Task Ray.

Troubleshoot issues where standard responses have not resolved.

Communicate effectively between customer and Securus teams to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Travel to different facilities within timed responses for immediate resolves.

Troubleshoot all wiring (SM/MM fiber, Cat3-6A,Coax, high pair-count copper/feeder and point to point hardware issues.
