PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

●Physical Requirements: This position involves a combination of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day. Project site requirements may also include bending, crawling, climbing and reaching overhead. This position requires the ability to lift 40 pounds or more and the ability to comply with personal protective equipment requirements. Extreme physical temperatures as well as loud noises and fumes on project sites may frequent occur.

●Requires the ability to view and comprehend information and emails on computer monitors for the majority of the day. This position requires strong communication skills (verbal and written), the ability to problem solve, interpret information and draw conclusions in order to make decisions. This position may also require strong presentation skills if involved with client proposals and other presentations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work product is also required as well as the ability to effectively handle conflicting priorities.
