SeaCoast Health Systems fka Senior Care Group, Inc. – [Tampa, FL] Multiple roles culmination in President, Corporate Manager of Clinical and Compliance of a multi-state healthcare operations including SNF facilities, ALF facilities, Rehabilitative Services and Home Healthcare in a 501(c)3 corporation based in Tampa. This position was achieved through years in Corporate, Regional and individual facility roles in management as well as other day-to-day positions.

Corporate Office (Tampa, FL): Locations included Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Indiana, and Kentucky.

• Corporate Manager of Clinical and Compliance (2020-2025): o Developed and enforced clinical and compliance policies at the corporate level.

o Decreased overtime from over 10% per payroll to just under 2%. o Implemented and maintained software conversion to PCC for 1 SNF and 3 ALFs.

o Assisted with 2 acquisitions of 2 ALFs and liquidation of 3 SNFs.

• President (2017-2020)

o Directed organizational strategy and operations as President, driving growth and quality improvements.

o Opened 8 outpatient therapy clinics in 6 of the SNFs and 2 independent locations.

o Maintained and conducted re-credentialing, facility license, permit renewals, and insurance applications; including Medicare and Medicaid (this continued until 2025).

• Regional Nurse (2016-2017)

o Oversight of 5 SNF facilities ranging from 60 beds to 120 beds. o Configured AHT software set up for ADLs, completed training, and removed paper ADLS for two SNFs.

o Provided clinical oversight and support to multiple facilities in the region. o When needed, assumed the interim DON role. While interim for a 60-bed facility, I implemented the restorative program to increase quality of care and improved quality measures.

o Traveled to educate all locations on topics ranging from customer service, to compliance, and policies as needed.

o Maintained oversight for survey planning, response, and implementation of the POCs.

• Compliance Officer (2011-2016):

o Ensured regulatory compliance across facilities, conducting audits and training staff.

o Implemented Triple-Check to all current facilities (13). o Provided education and training to all locations, including our Home Health and our Therapy subsidiaries.

o Successfully completed a five-year CIA with the OIG. This required annual audits of approximately 20% of all annual Part A billing for proper documentation and regulatory requirements for both rehabilitation and nursing services. This was conducted by an independent healthcare auditor selected by OIG and required error rates of less than 5%. o Oversight of the Compliance Hotline (this continued until 2025).

• Data Entry/Receptionist (2006-2009):

o Performed accurate data entry and managed front desk operations to support corporate efficiency.

Lakeshore Villas [Tampa, FL]: - a campus with over 500 beds including a 15-bed pediatric unit, and a standard ALF with a dedicated memory unit.

• SNF Skilled Unit Manager, 44 beds (2011-2011)

o Led a 44-bed Skilled unit, optimizing care delivery and operational workflows.

• SNF LTC Unit Manager, 60 beds (2010-2011)

o Managed a 60-bed long-term care unit, coordinating staff and improving resident outcomes.

• SNF Evening Supervisor (2010-2010):

o Oversaw evening shift operations, managing staff and ensuring compliance with care standards, including the pediatric and ALF units.
