Boilers: serviced interconnected furnaces, serviced chillers for communication rooms, operating on both high steam and low steam.

Plumbing: fixed leaky pipes, snake drains, soldering pipes, copper sweating, calking, serviced automatic soap, papertowels, toilets and faucets.

Electrical: Did troubleshooting and replace electrical fixtures, including ballast replacements, wiring, and electronic motors.

Leadership: oversaw a team of 15 maintenance techs across 3 locations, work vendors and subcontractors to ensure work orders were filled.
