Responsibilities:
I was provided with a computer and a file containing key information the company needed me to organize, and was tasked with developing a custom database from the ground up. The goal was to create a user-friendly system that allowed staff to easily input and retrieve client data, ultimately streamlining client management. For a period, I also managed the front desk, where I was responsible for greeting clients and addressing any concerns to ensure a positive experience. Eventually, I was introduced to a new software intended to replace the database I had built, and was tasked with learning it thoroughly so that I could deliver a clear, effective tutorial for the team.
