Work Experience

Dispatch manager

Chair Rental-Sheridan, CO

April 2010 to September 2024

This was an events company. We did graduations, festivals, weddings, concerts, you name it. Dance floors, stage, tents, tables, chair. Only company in the state, out 11 others, that set up graduations, 32 in the month May. C.U. Boulders graduation at Folsom field, 16,800 alone. When ii become dispatchers, I paired loads together to be delivered, mapped out every route. Made the schedule for about 27 guys, approved or disapproved according to our schedule. Talked to clients, customers, made positive out of things done wrong. My phone would ring 24hrs a day. Someone doesn't show up, your filling in. A physical demanding job, on your feet 16hrs some days. I did interviews for applicants, hired them or fired them. Gave write ups if needed. You respect your workers, treat them dignity, and looked out for them when they, those guys would walk through fire and knew I'd go to. Emp.oyees treated right and given that humanity and they knew I would never ask if I wasn't willing to do it myself. Shift Superviisor

Pizza Hut-Fairfax, VA

2004 to 2012

Make sure the shift runs well, lead by example. In charge of money, customer complaints and solving the problem. In charge on average per shift 8-10 people. Supervisors have the team to help if needed, paperwork, schedules to do, cleaning, your first in, last out, but set that team up for success. Travel Specialist

Central Intelligence Agency-Langley, VA

January 1990 to March 2003

Planned trips all over, helped created and teach cover stories in hostile cou tries, focal point for getting visas from embassies for travel, checked in on families so they knew they weren't alone and if they needed anything, made sure emp.oyees knew the risks, but what they were doing was being selfless for a bigger cause, safe world.

Awards

Central Intelligence Agency

September 1997

Back in the 90's the cold war peaking and very uneasy. That was the year the Agency, updated a lot of systems. Since I had worked the system they were bringing in, I not only got build it, after, I got to help teach people how to use, the It's and out 's the knowledge got passed on. All that technology in such a short. It's truly amazing g being a part of something bigger. I was fortunate to see what they had become, in my 13 years being there. I got a crystal statue with the logo on, and it was a merit award, that's why I'm passionate about anything I do or sign my name to. Additional Information

I love learning new things, I catch on quick. I don't fear a lot cause I'll find a way to make it work. I've lived in 16 states in my life, didn't have a place, or job, or friends. Each time I made it, so amazing and others not great. I don't like failing, but all of it a process, build confidence, happiness, and then you learn more and incorporated. You try an employee well and take the time, those are the customer service experts, they will eventually teach you. I've also held Top Secret and SCI clearance.
