Reduced accidents and injuries 100% from 2011 to 2017, with 0 reportable injuries for 2015-2017.
Rebuilt security force from the ground up increasing guard force from 3 to 4-5.
Got guards a pay increase and benefits.
By developing and implementing new safety procedures I got the company out of a high- risk workers compensation pool.
Designed and permitted new storage areas.
Implemented contractor safety procedures.
Developed and implemented MOC procedures.
