Project: QE Dukhan Flow line and DPFU Project, Qatar

Generate permit status report on weekly basis and communicate to QatarEnergy.

Generate weekly and monthly report and submit to client.

Attend weekly safety walkthrough and generate the observation report for immediate closeout action

Ensure through lifting supervisor that lifting plans, LER and method statements for the lifting operations, are developed and appropriate protection measures are put in place, a current thorough examination and/or test record has been issued and is available for each item of lifting equipment and gears.

Generate JHA for the routine activities and on demand of the engineer on agreed identified urgent work and with the execution team.

Conduct safety inspection as per the schedule to verify the compliance and align the deviation as per policy and regulations requirements.
