I started at this company in the shipping department where I operated a sit down forklift to pick orders and build pallets for shipment from a headset. I was responsible for overseeing employees and assigning them work for the day. I worked closely with the SAP system using a light amount of Microsoft Excel on a daily basis to over sea the inventory system throughout the warehouse. It was my job to find inaccuracies within the inventory that were due to products being misplaced or scanned improperly by other departments and reconcile them. The department was also responsible for cycle counts for all pick locations throughout the facility as well as reserve stocking locations.
