Responsible for financial controls, budget and strategic planning, facility, operations, and renovation for $10 million church with a 350-student K-8-day school, 100 children and 50 adult’s daycare centers. Managed 50 school/administrative cross-functional staff.

Directed and negotiated the purchase and renovation of a $2.5 million facility with 27,000 square feet, expanding child and adult day care by 100%.

Increased cash flow by $350,000 annually with a new tuition plan.

Reduced actual-to-budget variances by 25% after modifying the annual budget process to “zero-based.”

Developed a long-term funding program based on endowment funds and estate planning vehicles, securing $12 million in deferred gifts.
