Selected by the former CEO of SC3 (SYSAZZLE client) to overhaul a dormant HR department that was long neglected. Reviewed, analyzed and audited all HR partner and vendor relationships; identified areas needing improvement; researched alternatives; and established new HR relationships that balanced company and personnel needs. Drove operational efficiency.

Accomplishments

Identified and secured $130,000 in savings for Victor42; implemented strategic auditing plan that reviewed all HR partner and vendor agreements which produced savings, fee reversals and rebates including monies owed by healthcare plans. Led transition to new domestic and global healthcare providers, which resulted in lower deductibles for both staff and company, expanded coverage, and improved services.
