Quantity check all Military parts and pieces 1 by 1. Quality Check each part piece for any damages. Make sure serial number, quantity, and QA are checked and everything on paper matches part with no damages. Enter in Computer for Shipment label, determine how it will be shipped: USPS, DHL, UPS, is it going to be LOCAL, FREIGHT etc. Determine what size box you need depending on how big the part is or the quantity you have before shipment. Print label, pack product, shake box to make sure u hear no rattling or feel movement, place shipment label on box and send out. Move on the next item and continue same instructions. Transfill Technician, PREFERRED HOMECARE/LINDE COMPANY 08/16/2019 – 03/30/2024

Duties as a Certified Transfill Technician: Hydro check (date check), avoid condemned products, disinfect all equipment properly according to FDA regulations. Make sure all pressured oxygen hoses are properly latched and secured on the valve of every single cylinder racked up, ready for vacuuming and filling of tanks/cylinders. Must know Hazard Recognition, PPE, Emergency, Safety Procedures. Be familiar with the properties of different fluids including Viscosity, Pressure and Temperature. Know how to diagnose and resolve issues that happen during Transfill process such as leaks, pressure problems, and equipment malfunctions in a fast, efficient and timely matter. Accurately record and document Transfill activities that include Dates, Times, Quantities and any other Issues Encountered. Safely move and position cylinders/tanks. Finally, understand the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment which includes pumps, hose, valves and gauges.

Drawer count at beginning and end of shift. Make sure all desired cash equals to payout on receipt and your drawer does not come out short. Change shifts but before releasing the shift, make sure all items in front are stocked, refilled, and the restaurant is nice and clean for the next shift and incoming customers. Greet customers, be courteous and helpful. Fill out a data sheet which includes checking all food and products have correct throw out dates. Coffee, tea, and sanitizer have changed at its desired time. All employees are working, have proper work attire, taking and making orders properly and getting food out fast and efficiently.
