Manager – Nickel Shell Operations
• Introduced a new nickel electroforming line with accountability for lab processes, filtration, control systems, mechanical oscillation system, maintenance, and nickel shell finishing.
• Engineered and manufactured master models, including epoxy gelcoat bath models, silicone, and hard cast.
• Created an electroless nickel Teflon coating line which consisted of tanks and systems, electroplating rectifier circuits, and heating and control systems, finalizing the project on time and within budget.
• Presided over the architectural design and contracted construction of a studio for showcasing the design and capabilities of engraving, including offices and workstations.
• Researched, sourced, and procured a Comet L3D 5M blue light scanner and implemented methods for advanced thickness control and masking of electroforms.
• Completed a large-scale facilities renovation and maintenance overhaul project which included walls, factory floor, AC Systems, electrical power, scrubbing units, boiler, and exhaust and compressor systems.
• Spearheaded the complete installation of LASERTEC 210, 65 and 45 Shape Laser Engraver 210, which is considered one of the largest laser engravers in North America.
