Created and successfully implemented the complete PMO infrastructure and associated processes for the company’s Managed Services division. Utilizing a combination of Waterfall & Agile methodologies designed the processes to deliver within budget & time the requirements for various products and services to a worldwide clientele from the financial, pharmaceutical and legal industries.

-Reporting directly to the C-Suite, worked with engineering staff to establish the day-to-day operational practices for an 8-man Enterprise Tools Provisioning Team along with their supporting 40-man NOC team with personnel in New York, Pennsylvania, Portugal, & India charged with the implementation and maintenance of various enterprise level CA monitoring tools.

-Project managed the successful completion of over 75 on-boarding \ off-boarding product deliveries within a 24-month.

-Tasks included extensive client face time as part of the discovery process as well as work with engineers to properly deploy our monitoring tools on over 10,000 devices worldwide.

-Responsible for the strategies utilized to complete over 40 internal organization initiatives including; the deployment of product upgrades, improvements to accounts receivable & payable, change management, ticket handling, analytical and sales presentations.
