-Experience community development worker with 2 years 6 month of demonstrable experience in leading planning, monitoring and evaluation of small, medium activity on poverty, food security and livelihood in poor marginalize areas. Am very research focus and have for the most part enjoyed my skills to carryout research on several sustainable issues in some area of the south west region. I have in depth experience in planning, evaluating and training of trainers and other empowerment program in hard to reach communities. My goal is to immerse myself in rigorous academic exercise that is relevant to my carrier and to development work in each country area.

Under the supervision of the agricultural engineer Manager, I carried out the following:
Prepare reports, sketches, working drawings, specifications, proposals, and budgets for proposed sites or systems
Prepare detailed work plans regarding irrigation, drainage, and flood control systems for soil and water conservation for the various field owned and controlled by SAFACAM.
In collaboration with District Land and Natural Resources Management Department support capacity building of communities on formulation and implementation of environmental conservation by-laws.
Help in designing structures for crop storage, animal shelter and loading, and animal and crop processing, and supervise their construction.
Help in design and supervised environmental and land reclamation projects carried out by the company
