Duties:

HR Record keeping - Implement an electronic HR filing system. Organise and maintain personnel records in line with the Impuma Group Policies and legislative requirements. Keep accurate, comprehensive, and current personal records of each employee.

Terminations – print and distribute relevant termination forms and ensure that all company assets have been recovered. Inform relevant departments i.e. Payroll, IT and Reception

Regularly Audit, review and update employee files in line with legislative requirements.

Employee Leave – Process and maintain employee leave records. Assist employees in the filling out of relevant leave documentation.
