Manage end-to-end payroll functions, including data entry, calculations, and disbursements.

On-boarding and off-boarding employees on Sage 300

Updating of salary register, salary schedule and payroll with new employees, terminations, and other changes.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee information.

Manage, maintain and update payroll related data.

Ensuring all payroll changes are properly documented and authorized.

Verifying change of banking details

capturing of remuneration information according to the organization’s remuneration policies

Ensure that all qualifying permanent employees are linked to Provident and Group benefits.

Calculate Increases/Pro-rata salary /commission bonus.

Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, company policies and procedures.

Validating correctness of input received

Manage annual internal and external payroll auditing

Generate payroll reports e.g., variance reports, leave reports, company reconciliations, report, 12 months reports, costing etc

Validate variance reports to ensure accuracy of payroll

Balance all Earnings and Deductions to the Total Company Summary Report

Ensure that payments made balance back to Payroll Reconciliation.

Prepare salary journals for submission to the Finance department.

Doing monthly third-party recons, i.e. medical aid, loans, garnishees etc.

HR administrative tasks include leave processing, managing staff information, and benefits administration.

Timely and accurate payment processing for third-party obligations.

Assist in Preparation and submission of monthly payroll returns to relevant authorities e.g. EMP 201
