seafood processing

I have over ten years of seafood processing. I have been involved in Crab shucking with most varieties of crab. I can fillet most species of fish.I have bled Rockfish, Cod, Browning, Whiting, Pound Fish, Black Cod, Calamari. I have worked in the surrimi section to package and weigh individual packages. I have filleted Black Cod, Pond fish, Whiting, Pollock and some Salmon. I have worked in the cleaning and sorting of bottomfish and browning.
