March 2023 to date : Secretary of Director General at Fonds de Promotion de l’Education et de la Formation (FPEF), based in Kinshasa, DRC Accomplishing Tasks:

Managing multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments of the Director General;

Making travel arrangements (ensuring the necessary travel documents are obtained in time) for in-office staffs and high-level visitors;

Assisting in the compiling of performative reports with the Director General and providing technical support;

Creating memos, reports and agendas as needed;

Make follow-ups to different departments and external partners on any pending documents;

Provide assistance to procurement-related tasks;

Set-up and maintain General Manager’s Office correspondence files and personnel files of Staff and ensure safe custody and confidentiality;

Manage all inward and outward correspondence of the Director General’s office in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch;

Order supplies and maintain office inventory;

Book flights, vehicle rentals and hotel reservations for the General Director and delegations;
