Maintenance of Horizontal Flow Wrap Machine SOPAN INFOTECH Worked with senior maintenance personnel and carried out maintenance of Horizontal Flow Wrap Machine and learned about different servo motor & drives, A.C Drives, Encoders, Solenoid valves, sensors incorporated and how they are used/wired, while interpreting wiring Diagram and channeling the fluid power line into systems.

Designed a 3D CAD model (SolidWorks) of an inlet ring for a centrifugal blower, optimizing airflow to increase efficiency by 15% and reduce operational noise. Implemented PLC-controlled VFD system in centrifugal blowers and created PLC Logic (Ladder) for adjusting speed of blower based on real-time demand due to which there were significant energy savings and thus reduced the operational costs by 15 %. Created the ladder logic using Tools such as TON,TOF,JSR, Counter, Bit Shift and Sealing 09/06/2023 - 12/12/2023

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

SKILLS

CAD Engineer & PLC Programmer A-S ENGINEERS

Developed and programmed Siemens PLCs and HMI interfaces for industrial and mobile shredders. Generated Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in Epicor for both industrial and mobile shredder models. Designed control panel schematics (SolidWorks Electrical), ensuring compliance with IEC standards and and ANSI standards as well as maintaining professional documentation. Utilized Product Data Management (PDM) for creating new parts and integrating them into SolidWorks Electrical designs.

Worked on the integration of shredding units into larger systems and vehicles, contributing to project success by designing efficient electrical systems. Led a research and development project for Mack trucks, using the CAN bus system to capture inputs and trigger outputs in alignment with shredding system requirements. Led the design of circuit diagrams to ensure proper integration and functionality of electrical components within the shredders.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline the integration of electrical systems into shredders

Led the team for control panel commissioning and troubleshooting to resolve any issues when the panel did not function properly.

Hands-on experience with Siemens G120C VFDs for motor control in shredder applications. Worked with Siemens Soft Starters and did a through research on the parametrization of drives. Co-op Controls Engineer Shred-Tech 03/08/2024 - 08/01/2025 TRAININGS

PROJECTS

Designed and implemented an automated dial table system with 5 stations: Loading/Unloading, Mating, Pressing, and Labeling.

Programmed in TIA Portal for process control and used MTP700 HMI with multi-level user access

(Operator, Maintenance, Management, Admin) for secure screen navigation. Integrated 3 servo motors — 1 LinMot for vertical motion and 2 Cool Muscle for mating and pressing operations — ensuring precise and synchronized movements. Used a VFD to control the rotary indexing of the dial table, optimizing cycle time and position accuracy. Configured sensor feedback, safety interlocks, and manual overrides for safe and efficient operation. Enabled real-time diagnostics and status updates via the HMI, including fault messages and control panel indicators.

Used Banner Safety Module for safety Programming.
