ADMC2 - Program Manager – IDIQ hardware and services contract to support the Army with information technology equipment (ruggedized mobile computers, personal systems, printers, monitors, and accessories). Manages multi-million dollar Tier III helpdesk for over 100,000 pieces of IT equipment CONUS and OCONUS while maintaining over 95% customer satisfaction.
DCMA – Defense Contract Management Agency - Managed multiple successful installation, maintenance and asset recovery projects for 10,000 PCs, TVs, and VTC systems. Received highest CPAR evaluations for implementation, deliverables and customer satisfaction.
DoDEA / DDES - Department of Defense Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools: Managed multiple successful projects which resulted in an overall 15% profitability for over 20,000 PCs and VTCs installed and maintained for the US, Pacific Rim and European schools. ISRP PC deployments in 2006 and 2010 at the IRS Integrated Submission and Remittance Processing System locations for installation, disk wiping and asset recovery services for over 7,000 units.
DCMA Windows XP Data Migration for 7000 end users (CONUS and OCONUS) and LCD installation for 7000 Monitors with Asset Recovery Services. We were able to implement a recycling strategy by re-using the boxes and Styrofoam from the new units in recovering the old assets significantly reducing costs.
