• Day-to-day oversight of all aspects of maintenance throughout the production plant. Keeping the old plant up and running while staffing the new plant being build, and handling all start up procedures, machines being installed, assets being added into our cmms, machines being tested and working correctly for start-up of the new production plant at the time frame that is given.

• Working on conveyors, 480v 3 phase motors, drives, contactors and motor starters. Replacing and troubleshooting sensors, belts, cables, testing panels, air lines, limit switches and many other electrical and pneumatic parts. Manager’s duties include Handling maintenance monthly budget, ordering and keeping track of spare parts while staying under budget, and coming up with great ideas on how to cut or reduce cost while still preforming work safely and correctly.
• Working with outside contractors/vendors daily to ensure invoices are being taken care of, work is being completed within the correct time frame. Creating preventative maintenance scripts inside the cmms software called FMX
• Creating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual p.m.’s and assigning to the maintenance team to be completed. • Creating SOP’s, GMP’s and following OSHA and company standards for safety on all machinery, training and certifying maintenance team on lockout tagout, confined space entry, hot work permits and lift certifications.
