Supported Verizon’s Federal Aviation Administration FAA Enterprise Network Service (FAA FENS), and the Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) programs to the General Services Administration (GSA). These contracts provide comprehensive telecommunications and networking services to U. S. Government agencies.

• Global Program Management interface with Verizon Third Party Vendor Management and Verizon Sourcing to communicate account status, funding requirements, pricing changes, and resolving issues with Verizon subcontractors for Federal accounts. Provided periodic reports to account teams identifying open customer orders to close and generate revenue.

• Forecasted third party vendor expenses and funding requirements for enhanced services provided to Government agencies.

• Worked with Third Party Vendor Management to create and track 147 funding requests for purchase orders totaling $81M in 2024, with forecasted revenue of $92.9M across the EIS, Networx, and FENS programs.

• Validated 1,186 third party vendor invoices in the amount of $72.8M in 2024 using various techniques, including contract references, manual, and automated tools. Researched discrepancies with vendors and agency project managers to identify ordering issues and reduce unrecovered costs to Verizon.

• Managed Partner ordering process for services provided by Networx subcontractors. Led status meetings with Partners to resolve billing and inventory discrepancies. Identified Partner services exceeding ordering interval SLAs and then addressed resolution with the Partner, Verizon IT, and Order Entry to generate billable revenue.

• Coordinated the retrieval of disconnected devices with third party vendors from Federal CONUS and OCONUS locations. Created processes to coordinate retrieval of Verizon assets and terminate maintenance leases with vendors.

• Collaborated resources and deliverables for internal audits of Federal programs, including Sarbanes-Oxley reporting. Worked with functional managers within Government Program Management to identify and implemented action plans to address audit deficiencies.

Managed timesheets and personnel issues for seven contractors on a professional services contract to the Administrative Office of the U. S. Courts.

• Handled corrected billing $1.47M in professional services revenue for FY2013.

• Corrected allocated hours to match monthly periods of performance, implemented audit standards and instituted checks with the customer to confirm timesheet and billing hours each month.

• Corrected CLINs and hours for FY2013 invoicing that had been billed prior to my taking the account.
