Duties and Responsibilities

Helps the clients to maintain good personal hygiene.

Assist in maintaining a healthful safe environment.

Assist meal preparation.

Assist with a certain treatment as ordered by the physician and approved and supervised by the nurse.

Attempts to promote clients mental alertness through involvement in activity of interest.

Report any changes of clients mental or physical condition to the staff nurse.

Transferring and lifting clients maneuvering lifting equipment to provide safe effective clients care.
