• Provides data management and analytics support for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) conducted by the National Center for Health Statistics. Tasks include coding oral health algorithms in SAS and SUDAAN to generate population-based statistical and programmatic reports for CDC’s senior management and MMWR publications.
• Developed two dashboards using python-dash apps for the CDC’s Water Fluoridation Reporting System (WFRS). A state and county-level app with mapping capabilities and dropdown options to filter the data by PWS (Public Water Systems) and a discrepancy report dashboard to monitor state performance to provide optimal fluoridation and operational data.
• Developed a cloud-based survey to modernize the Sealant Efficiency Assessment program for Locals and States (SEALS). The survey is on a testing phase for scaling - up in Epi-Info 7.
• Coordinate WFRS state reporting daily activities (i.e., bi-annual fluoridation statistics, data upload, website’s trouble shooting).
