Project: Accredo Specialty Pharmacy Integrated Reporting Environment (ASPIRE): Evernorth developed a reporting solution for the existing Specialty Pharmacy RXHome operational system for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy application. The purpose is to deliver the data in real time fashion via Databricks (DBx) in AWS 10 environment. The data model consisted of a combination of hybrid normalized & denormalized entities which were implemented in ‘Conformed’ zone. VIEWS are built in ‘Published’ zone which accessed data from the conformed layer. Entities developed were Patient, Pharmacy, Claim Center (Payer), Compound & Non Compound Drug, Invoice, Prescription, Payment, Prior Authorization, Sales Order etc.
Project: MSK: MSK Chat is basically an async chat - where a message sent by agent (Care Advocate - CA) will wait for the user to be read and user may not be active on the conversation when CA sends the message. The effort is to identify how many users have not read messages from CA and once the user is identified, a notification will be sent to the user saying there is a message waiting for him to be read.
The overall architecture was built with Raw Zone (JSON structure using KAFKA load (MSK) or source aligned tables (ASPIRE), Conformed and Published layers in Databricks version 13.3. Worked as a ‘Lead OLTP Data Modeler’ to gather requirements from the JSON structure to develop the Conceptual, Logical & Physical ‘Entity Relational Data Model’ with Master & Transactional entities and normalized them upto 3rd Normal Form in ERWIN 12.1. Used Sub Type Super Type, Parent Child, Associative, ‘Key Value Pair’ and Union concept etc to develop the data model. Additionally, developed Verb Phrases for the relationships, Class Words for the attributes and defined definitions for the entities and attributes for developing the logical model. It allows healthcare information, including clinical and administrative data, to be available securely to those who have the right to do so for the benefit of a patient receiving care. Developed Logical & Physical Interface Data Model for FHIR for CLINICAL data with the entities Encounter, Observation, Diagnostic Report, Procedure, Condition, Patient, Practitioner, Immunization, Allergy Intolerance, Location & Organization. The purpose of the project to populate FHIR structures with Clinical data (CDR) and later link them with claims data via the patient data.

Those claims include the following for Mail Handlers (MHMP), Rural Career (RCBP), and Foreign Service (FSBP): Medical (including Minute Clinic Claims from CVS for RCBP only), Dental, & Pharmacy (CVS and ESI).
Worked as a Lead Data Warehouse Data Modeler to develop a PAYOR Logical & Physical hybrid normalized & denormalized ‘Entity Relational Data Model’ for CLAIM system (Claim, Adjustment & Reversal). Worked with CLAIM, FUNDING, PAYMENT, OVERRIDE, MEMBERSHIP & PROVIDER etc business areas. The overall architecture was developed with a ‘Staging’ and a ‘Datamart’ area to capture the source data. The data model was developed with Party, Person, Organization, Membership, Product & Policy data.
The reporting architecture was built on ‘Data Lake’ concept which consisted of ‘Raw Data Archive’, ‘Raw Viewable’, ‘Conformed Layer’, ‘Integration Layer’ & ‘Analytical Layer’. A denormalized flattened fact table structure was developed in the ‘Analytical layer’ for the reporting purpose.

Worked as a Lead OLTP Data Modeler to develop the Conceptual, Logical and Physical ‘Entity Relational Data Model’ with Entities, Attributes and their Relationships and normalized them upto 3rd Normal Form in ERWIN 7.3.1. Used Naming Standard File for the attributes for abbreviation purpose and applied Primary, Foreign, Unique Key constraints, Audit Attributes, Audit entities, Views etc for the entities to develop the physical data model.
Developed Physical Model for the staging tables in ERWIN 7.3 for TeraData 12.0 database for SAP MDM tables in EIW environment (Data Warehouse Environment). Developed Canonical Structures i.e normalized hierarchical structures staging tables for syndication purpose.
