• Project Management and Change Management overseeing federal/state compliance, staffing, policies and procedures, and vendor contracting/management, and lessons learned.
• Member of senior team that oversaw the development of all HR, Compliance, IT and Operations. Through this project I have obtained a deep understanding and knowledge in all areas of financial compliance. This team was also tasked with establishing all core systems: Corporate Strategy, Payment Client, Website, CRM, HRMS, Payment Waterfalls, and Public Relations.
