New Business Initiative Approvals (NBIA) is currently managed via a tactical tool. Each LOB (AM, CIB, CTC, CB, and CCB) has their own individual instance of the NBIA tactical solution, with some commonalities.

The goal of this project is to develop a strategic solution of the New Business Initiative Approval (NBIA) process to replace the multiple tactical NBIA tool instances, with a single strategic system that supports consolidation across LOBs into a single strategic solution
