Schedule all sub for pre con meetings after contracts have been issued. Go over long lead items with PM and Sr. Pm. To make sure we had items like Doors and windows on time for installation. Hold weekly Sub Meeting to go over any issues that may be coming up

Responsibilities: Project Superintendent. Managing the job from start to finish with Natural Gas CNG Fueling facilities at most UPS sites. Finding Subcontractors getting plans to them for bibs. Job Safety #1 priority. Doing take offs for gas pipe fittings, concrete, dirt removal, electrical fence prices, Delivery dates and all schedules. Work closely with Customer Management and Engineers. And Utility companies.
Built 5 Sites at a Cost of Roughly $ 6,000,000.00 each
Daniel Utility Construction April. 2011 to February. 2015 – Construction Manager.
Responsibilities: I started the company for Daniel Utility. I ran all field operations in the company. Construction Manager for all CNG and LNG Fueling projects. Administration and Leadership of all projects. I built 5 LNG for Clean Energy, 2 for BLU LNG and 8 CNG for LOVE’s. Managed all Safety always #1. Find subcontractors, get plans to subcontractors for bidding, Get Permits from the City and County’s. Do takeoffs on all materials and place orders and build all schedules. Worked Closely with all City and County and State agencies and CODE enforcement.
Built 15 sites at a Cost of roughly $ 6,000,000.00 each.
Drexel Development. Dallas, Texas. January. 2001 to August 2009 (Rescission) –Project Superintendent
Responsibilities: Oversee the construction of several projects over 9 years. Starting with Safety #1 to Ordering all materials and setting delivery dates. Building schedules for Column and slab pours and all MEP contractors and framing contractors and Masons. Glass contractors and all City Inspections and Fire Inspections. Making sure everything was up to all Federal, State and Local codes. In those 9 years we built 5 Projects.
