AXA/Equitable- 1980 to 2015. Worked in customer service then in underwriting for 20 years. Underwrote whole and term insurance. Authority limit to $8,000,000.

Medical manuals used- Swiss Re, Hancock and Gen Re.

Education- Bachelor of science in business administration
