Project Support and Compliance:
Guide management to implement HSE plans and project requirements.
Support project implementation of customer and company HSE requirements
(ISO 45001, 14001).
Plan safe working practices and make necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with current HSE legislation.
Develop HSE plans that align with company policies and client requirements. Training and Reporting:
Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented.
Compile HSE statistics and reports.
Manage safety statistic reporting for the client and corporate.
Investigate and close out accident investigation reports.
Conduct HSE training and orientations.
Report incidents and enter them into the company's IMS. Risk Management and Compliance:
Perform risk assessments and determine ways to reduce risks.
Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and management.
Organize and attend HSE meetings.
Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant.
Attend HSE development programs and training.
Maintain action tracking and legal requirements registers. Contractor HSE-MS Implementation:
Engage in the implementation of the contractor's HSE-MS.
Develop and follow up on the contract HSE plan.
Interface with internal and external auditors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the HSE Management System.
Liaise with COMPANY on matters relating to HSE.
Develop HSE documents as per contract requirements.
Lead, train, and motivate team in implementing HSE policy and procedures.
Comply with all specified requirements stipulated in the contract document.
Act as a catalyst to implement the HSE System of the company.
Organize medical check-ups and maintain records.
Conduct HSE audits and inspections as per audit and inspection plan.
Prepare emergency preparedness plan and organize and conduct mock drills/evacuation drills.
Manage hazards and effects management process.
Monitor HSE performance on a monthly basis.
Assist Contracts Manager in incident/accident investigation and reporting.
Initiate corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities identified.
Monitor, analyze customer feedback, and report activities.

Conduct HSE Monthly meeting along with contractor as per HSE Monitoring plan.
Ensure that contractor employee & staff on site has undergone mandatory HSE training & mandatory medical report. As per contract C9
Ensure Contractor complies with basic integrity and HSE controls in all aspects of PDO standards. (Safe Journey Management; Road safety; vehicle inspection; SP’s; PR’s GU’s; PL’s CP’S etc.
Ensure Contractor compliance to Contract HSE Plan & emergency plan & PTW procedures
Update HSE documents such as HSE Plan, procedures… etc.
Attend contractor gate meeting & driver forum once per shift as minimum required, report issues and cascade Company notes.
Inspect and follow-up with contractor on report issued by RSST (Road Safety Standard Team) and close actions monthly.
Follow up IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System) installation and interpretation of reports of Company and Contractor.
Inspect all transportation movement and monitor the standards are followed as per SP-2000 and SP-2001.
Improve HSE & road safety compliance and attitude.
Assist contractors to continuous improvement at the project level in monitoring and measuring the contractors’ HSE KPIs (Lost Time Incident Frequency, Total Recordable Case Frequency, etc.) against Company Targets,
Perform planned inspections, audits, and workshops, with special emphasis on Goal Zero, Golden HSE Rules, Live Saving Rules in accordance with HSE Monitoring Plan and as required by CSR.
Ensure Contractor Compliance for all requirements as per Emergency Planning Zone requirement (EPZ).
