From my attached CV, I have over five years’ experience in the FMCG industry. Having worked my way up to branch Manager Relief I’m ready for a new challenge in the retail industry, and see this position as the perfect role to help me achieve this. After I matriculated in 2006, I joined Maykent International (KFC) at wanderous as a FSTM and I was then promoted to a senior supervisor from August 2007 to February 2010. I worked closely with the RGM and I carried out my duties from the back of house to front –end. By March 2010 to April 2013, I joined Madiro (KFC) at Maponya mall as a skilled trainer where I worked closely with new staff members regarding food safety hygiene and procedures within the business. After that I joined Shoprite checkers in May 2013 as a trainee Manager. I’m particularly interested in working in retail because of my passion for organizing and managing events, Something I’ve had extensive experience of during my time in Sales. Further, I feel that I have achieved all that I can in my current industry. Throughout my previous positions I've passed the hygiene standard(q-pro) through to endof- year where I was entrusted to open a new store in (Kanana ShopRite checkers) I believe that this experience, coupled with my excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, make me the perfect candidate for building a long-term career in this role. In my previous role as a service department Manager I was responsible for managing relationships with big brands of suppliers like (Clover, Parmalat, Poineer, rcl, imperial), I am confident that I can bring this level of success with me to your organization and help Company Name build upon their reputation as one of the biggest names. • I engaged on the 2/may/2013 as a trainee manager.
• I was equipped with skills to train throughout all the departments (bakery, deli, fruits & veg, perishables, cash office, receiving, front of house
(customer service).
• I actioned stock takes as a captain twice
• I was appointed on 2015 at Potchefstroom (northwest) as a fresh food manager.
• I was responsible for managing four departments (bakery, deli, fruits &veg, perishables).
• My other role was to schedule all of my staff members according to the labour demands.
• I did all orders bakery-ingredients.

• Unfortunately the co. Lost cash flow before we can trade and we were retrenched the end of March

• My major roles include: Managing the stock, doing orders prior to new segment on a weekly basis
