Reporting to the Shell Deputy Managing Director, Spearheaded the divestment/acquisitions and associated scope projects for the SPDC Production function leading to the early cutover plan actualization for the line.
Achieved business continuity plans for the new buyers by the deployment of new tools, technologies and processes to replace Shell proprietary applications and ways of working for post transition sales cutover to the new operator.
Communicating Transition programs and plans with SPDC function leveraging effective stakeholder management and interface management with Shell global Deal team on divestment.
Project lead West gas abatement workstream. Achieving 95% plant availability and reliability for SPDC West Asset Gas Abatement project focused of key rotating equipment uptime ensuring the FYIP project handover to the West Asset team this March 6th, 2025. I was awarded an SRA-special Recognition Award for delivering on this project.

Coordinated the deployment of e-vision version 9 incorporating the isolation module into ePTW.

Quality Engineering Management: Responsible for the Operability and maintainability Quality Management in the project EP phase for Risk management and driving the close out of the associated flaws to bring the project risks to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP). Delivered the ORACSU Scope for over 10 key projects in SPDC/ SNEPCO e.g., BTIP – Bonny Terminal, Southern swamp (SSAGS), Forcados yokri (FYIP), Adibawa, Umuechem, etc. Ensuring that necessary operations and maintenance and integrity inputs are captured in the project documents at early stage of the project and followed up to delivery.

Championed the gas quality improvement and reliability project for SHELL revamping the gas quality measuring instruments in the facilities which enable SHELL to deliver on her DOMGAS commitments to Nigerian government and eliminated revenue loss from domestic gas sales.
Chaired the root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on Okoloma 33kv HV fire incident and subsequently carried out the repair and set up the Central Electrical support maintenance intervention team for SHELL Companies in Nigeria comprising of expatriates and local engineers to avoid a repeat of such incidents.
Initiated and led the flowline integrity management system (FIMS) workstream to helped reduce operational leaks from pipelines to less 2% in 2 years from above 10%.
Offshore: Led the re-entry rejuvenation project for Sea Eagle FPSO and Fabric Maintenance to support production post militant attack on the vessel.
Turnaround Planning and Execution: Development of Turnaround scope and scope optimization, Communication plan and closeout reports including After action reviews. Conducted the Gbaran 2015 Turnaround assurance reviews (TARs), resource planning, Execution preparedness readiness reviews and Scope creep challenge. TA event included- commissioning of the Gbaran condensate Spiking project, Eastern gas gathering system loop line tie-in to Trans Niger pipeline which resulted in debottlenecking the export capacity of Gbaran Ubie gas supply to NLNG eliminating the high condensate liquid level in the single tank constraint.
