Supervised a team of employees in tactics of Student Loan collections for the United States Department of Education for responsibilities in excess of 25 years old. Trained employees in collection techniques on specifically how to find debtors while staying within government compliance codes.
6/1991-7/1996District Manager, American West Marketing
Oversaw production of up to ten locations at a time employing up to 50 people per location. Developed and implemented the first long distance office for American West. This became the model for the company to replicate and two others were formed thereby reducing costs and the need for so many locations running at a time.
