Manage all practice accounting, human resource responsibilities, and marketing. I created a custom accounting system tailored specifically for the needs of a water birth center. General Manager Fort Myers, FL Recruited by Encore Enterprises Inc.'s, Pineapple Management Services, to serve as a Turnaround Manager and acting General Manager. This hotel featured 70 spacious 3-room suites with full kitchens, 30 oversized guest rooms, a beautiful bar and dining area, two spacious meeting rooms, and a tropical oversized pool deck with a jacuzzi overlooking a lake with a beautifully lit fountain in the center. This property was the flagship property and sustained damage from a hurricane. It lost key staff members due to the hurricane’s impacts on the community. These difficulties lead to the property being suspended from the use of the brand flag. My role was to serve as the general manager while transitioning the hotel to the new Pineapple Management standards. I restaffed all departments, and trained managers and staff while I oversaw the refurbishment of the property. In addition, I contributed to the new interior and exterior design plans and oversaw the redesign of the hotel as the representative of the key stakeholders. This project was completed to re-secure the brand flag and I ensured the standards of the flag were implemented, understood, and upheld by the staff and management team before turning over the property.
