Deputy Director of Operations

Pacific Gateway Center – Honolulu, HI. 08-2022 – present Develop, implement, and monitor the policies and procedures of Pacific Gateway Center (PGC) and serve as resource and point of contact to PGC departments and programs on operational policies and procedures.

Coordinate departments to ensure effective and efficient deployment of human, physical, and financial assets efficiently and effectively.

Schedule training, assign and manage benefits, manage disciplinary actions, review policy, verify employability, separations, and other HR matters.

Maintain and update PGC’s personnel files.

Ensure the safe and efficient use of physical infrastructure to support PGC programs. Design, operate, and maintain preventative maintenance schedules. Facilitate and coordinate facility repair with third party vendors. Develop, plan, and make recommendations on long-term maintenance. Design and develop safety, security and emergency response procedures, and implement appropriate training for personnel.
