Analyzing and preparation of Root cause analysis,5Y analysis, MTTR & MTBF for all the critical asset failures.
Preparation & Execution of Power consumption optimization plan and conducting energy audits to minimize the power consumption.
Develop and maintain for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual maintenance reports.
Responsible for ensuring that all the assets available in the facility and buildings are safe to use and fit for purpose.
Generation of inspection reports for the works completed by other contractors and preparation of snag list.
Preparation and submission of management contractual & tender documents.
