Team Leadership –Practice Principal and Services Capability Director, (2015-2020) Collibra Inc. Responsibilities included development of Data Governance practices and processes for Customers. Led support of Sales and consulting teams, including development and delivery of advisory presentations and solutions to Customers, and growing the Professional services teams. Developed technology training writing articles/blogs and creating Collibra University classes. Developed enterprise architecture and track-and-trace/epedigree pharmaceutical supply chain solutions for the pharmaceuticals industry to adhere to CA & FL anti-counterfeiting regulations. Implemented multiple machine learning algorithms in the software. Functioned as technical program lead and architect for 2 implementations. Implemented DataFlux to profile customer data and developed a CDI (Customer) project to improve Customer data quality for website display. Responsible for the quality improvement program definition, organizing resources and aligning the technology solution with the business program. Automated quality metrics as defined with a cross enterprise executive team. Implemented metrics capture and tracking using DataFlux. Led an assessment and recommendation for data warehouse consolidation steps for a major Canadian banking and financial services firm. Recommendations involved the consolidation of over 70 data warehouse and data mart environments.

Upgraded infrastructure and staff to support the vision and business needs while under spending budget by $2 million in FY2000. Planned and managed 2-4 projects per quarter Projects included click-stream and marketing analytics for over 50 web sites.

Increased business usage of MicroStrategy and Business Objects to 10,000 reports/month (from 300) and integrated reporting into the business process and management of over 200 major web sites. The team won 2 national DW awards during this time. We were a leading MicroStrategy and Informatica client and provided seminars at the User Groups of both firms.
