Team Leadership –Practice Principal and Services Capability Director, (2015-2020) Collibra Inc. Responsibilities included development of Data Governance practices and processes for Customers. Led support of Sales and consulting teams, including development and delivery of advisory presentations and solutions to Customers, and growing the Professional services teams. Developed technology training writing articles/blogs and creating Collibra University classes. Provided education and presentations to Sales and Customer Advisory teams in North American and EMEA whilst the firm grew from $50MM to $ 1 billion in 4 years. Data Governance Strategy/Training – Implemented Senior level consulting services to organizations such as Bank of America, Deutche Bank, Pfizer Pharmaceutical and Wells Fargo. Data Architecture & Data Quality - Lead an MDM assessment, conversion and 2-year roadmap for a major public University. Defined roadmaps including changes to the Data Governance and Data Management approach, as well as upgrades to quality processes, PeopleSoft ERP and Financials. Defined and implemented data quality and profiling services using First Logic, Dataflux, IBM InfoSphere, Collibra, Informatica, and Exeros.
