The main job consists of taking samples of the product to be sent to the external laboratory for analysis of the E. coli bacteria following the Company’s internal procedures and approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA). Other tasks include filling out control and monitoring forms for critical points and other parameters included in the daily Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures. Also, attending inspections by CFIA Inspectors and solving non-conformities they find and bringing suggestion for improvement to the director of the area for processing. Additionally, training new members of the sampling team and be part of the Continuous Improvement Team (CIT). Received an accomplishment certificate for working with the company for 15+years.

Job consists one area stacking boxes in pallets and the other one, getting orders picked, wrapped, loaded or unloaded and shipped for costumers.
