A highly experienced and versatile Supply Chain professional with a robust background in logistics, procurement, supply chain management, and administration and experience in high volume supply chain logistics operations in the private industry and international organizations. With vast experience in various roles across public health, humanitarian, and corporate sectors, I have demonstrated strong expertise in managing inventory systems, logistics operations, procurement processes, and administrative functions. Demonstrated experience of working with international agencies including UN (WFP), World Vision International, and with in-depth understanding of donor regulations such as USAID and thus my career includes significant accomplishments in supporting USAID-funded programs, optimizing warehouse operations, and managing procurement activities in compliance with organizational policies. Procurement
Coordinate the development of consolidated provincial offices procurement plans in compliance with OPHID policies and procedures

Responsibilities
Major Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
Commodity Management
Ensure that all commodities arriving at the warehouse and leaving the warehouse are properly accounted for.
Implementation of warehouse standard operating procedures
Receive the commodities in the warehouse. Make sure to know in advance about the types and number of commodities to expect in the warehouse so storage plan can be prepared before the arrival of commodities.
Scrutinize all waybills to ensure that the commodities are of correct quantities and quality as manifested on the waybill.
Record all quantities delivered short (missing), quantities lost in transit and quantities damaged if any.
Supervise loading and off-loading of the commodities make sure it is properly undertaken. Commodities must carefully be inspected and counted during off-loading before accepting in the warehouse.
Immediately reconstitute torn / loose / slack / leaking / damaged bags, tins or cartons to prevent any further loss. Document such activity.
Commodity Accounting.
Responsible for accurately fill and update all the warehouse records including Ledger books and Stack Cards. Quantities recorded on these documents must correspond to the daily physical stock in the warehouse.
Keep daily records of warehouse movement (commodities received and dispatched including the destinations).
Prepare weekly/monthly reports commodity status reports and share with supervisor and the CTS
Maintain updated all commodity documents and records (stacks cards, stock control sheets and
warehouse ledger and reports (weekly/monthly).

Human Resource Management and training
