Hired by Todd Hinton EVP to work with EDS Enterprise Data Systems (Data Engineering & Reporting) to support an agile transformation before FMC’s IT division started theirs. Responsible for taking this division from waterfall to Agile teams. EDS is about 80+ members with 9 Scrum, 2 Kanban teams. Performed training for Management, development team members and PM’s to be Scrum Masters in the Agile Framework. Supported/Trained the BAs to emerge to be Product Owner’s. Helped hire a lead Product Owner Director which created a new team for Information Management of PO’s and as mentioned former BA’s. After watching each team and how they worked, they designed an agile system for Scrum & Kanban teams using ServiceNow to Jira boards. I also supported the project to implement iHub a ServiceNow product to spoke to Jira for seamless ticket creation and updates. This was the model for FMC’s IT departments to use even though they had a consulting company helping them with their transformation. As a result, they used the outside consulting company less. Well versed in the use of Jira and Confluence software.

Joined as Sr. Project Manager covering a host of projects working in APCI’s Global IT PMO consisting of a group of about 40+ Project Managers worldwide.
SAP BI Financial Dashboard Phase 1 - This project was one of the top ten highest initiatives for Global IT and the number 1 project for the CFO. The project would deliver SAP financial data with drill down capabilities through a web portal to the top 40 managers in Air Products. This was a 1-million-dollar project to get basic functionality out to the managers. Phase 2 will see the evaluation of better software tools and is estimated to be a 4-6-million-dollar project.
280-million-dollar divestiture project of the US APH (Air Products Health) business division to four separate buyers. All IT infrastructure and applications transitioned to new companies as the scope of the project.
Microsoft IAG (Intelligent Application Gateway) SSL/VPN picked as a replacement to the AT&T SSL/VPN. Project scope was to in source the hosting of the of the remote client access to APCI’s infrastructure. The project saved $400,000 in year savings.

Project Manager of a nine-person team to evaluate and deploy a Desktop Management solution corporation wide. Microsoft SMS 2003 server prevailed. Deployed the server infrastructure worldwide. Streamlined the desktop management process resulting in a higher level of service and client satisfaction.
Project manager for in sourcing of FMC’s external web presence “www.fmc.com”. The project netted an annual cost savings of $400K.
Corporate Data Center Disaster Recovery; worked as a project manager in a large team where each focused on an area as a sub-project. The project results were successful, resulting in a tested and disaster recovery plan for the corporate head quarts and as a template for the remote sites.
Championed the idea to upper management to reevaluate current hardware vendor for server equipment. Employed a five-person project team to evaluate the top three vendors for server equipment. Hewlett Packard ProLiant server equipment prevailed based on their strong management offerings and 20% cost savings over the current vendor.
Coordinated an effort to standardize patch management for the desktops and servers corporate wide. A process for testing new hot fixes and service packs was introduced and a communication team was employed to broadcast the updates corporate wide.

Asked to join Rohm and Haas Server Technical Support team to design and support their enterprise network and lead IT projects.
Lead a team of engineers in supporting 40 AS/400, 90 UNIX, 850 Windows and Novell servers worldwide with the majority of 500+ servers in the Philadelphia data center.
Established and introduced ideas for the Philadelphia corporate data center mirroring excellent operation utilizing state of the art SAN technology and monitoring software to support the SAP and Window environments.
